  1. HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR ANTAREZ JEWELS

Antarez jewels are hand crafted in brass and silver. Like all treasures, it must be handled as such. Brass naturally tarnishes and all plated jewellery does lose a bit of it's colour over time. However with proper care your Antarez Jewels pieces will remain beautiful for years to come.

HOW TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR GOLD PLATED JEWELLERY

Wear after applying perfume, hairspray and makeup

Remove before bathing, swimming or exercising.

Soaps can also leave a film over metal and stones, creating a dull appearance.

Store in a soft pouch separate from other jewellery

Clean your plated jewelry gently, and don’t rub it

Your jewellery should be stored in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.

Do not use liquid cleaners for carved silver jewellery as the liquid dries into the engraving.

  2. WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

All products are free size and all rings are adjustable.

  3. ARE THE COLOURS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site.

  4. CAN I RE-ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS SOLD OUT ON THE WEBSITE?

If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email antarezjewels@gmail.com to find out if there is a backorder for that item, it could take up to 3 weeks.

  5. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ANTAREZ JEWELS ACCEPT?

We accept Googlepay, Paytm, Bank Transfer & Credit Card.

  6. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, but if before that you get in touch with us we can help change shipping details.

  7. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?

All domestic orders are dispatched within 7 working days after the order is received.

Once dispatched it takes approximately 3-4 days to reach the client.

Due to Covid the delivery times may vary.

All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
